Ryan Wu is a Certified Personal Trainer with 13 years of experience in strength and conditioning, holding his certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). A former competitive powerlifter and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt under Professor Alex D. Hue, Ryan brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to training. He combines proven strength methods with functional movement and combat conditioning to help clients build real-world fitness, resilience, and confidence—both in and out of the gym.
