Ryan Wu is a Certified Personal Trainer with 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning, holding his certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). A former competitive Master-Class Powerlifter and a current Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt with 10th Planet Fullerton, Ryan brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to training. He combines proven strength methods with functional movement and combat conditioning to help clients build real-world fitness, resilience, and confidence—both in and out of the gym.
